ABOUT SOCIETY
Fast Growing Housing Cooperative Society.
County Housing started in October 2017, with the the first phase of the project being a 10 acres land in Joska Town Machakos County. It is now 6 years old with a target to reach more members around the country. The society started as a subsidiary of County Sacco with the aim to enable joint cooperation between members and make sure they benefit from affordable land and housing projects..
The Market price for similar plots in Joska area is estimated to be now over Ksh. 700,000 and in the next 2-3 years will be over a million. However it should be noted that we are selling the plots almost half of that price.
