Login with a four digit code that was set at registration

On successful login the main menu will be populated with different options.
 Accounts to M-pesa
 Loans
 Balance Enquiry
 Mini Statements
 Change Pin
 Deposits
 Airtime Purchase
 Stop ATM
 Guaratorship

Select option 1 on the main menu labeled as Account to Mpesa


Select the account you are withdrawing from
Ordinary savings or corporate or micro enterpise  account e.t.c

Select where you want to withdraw your money to either
 Your number
 Paybill
 Till

 Enter amount and confirm.
For deposits

From the main menu select option #2

Select whether you want to borrow or repay loan by choosing option 1 or 2.

If you choose borrow then will request you to choose a loan product.

Currently our mobile platform has

A maximum loan limit will be showed
Enter the amount you are requesting and then confirm the request.

For deposits select option 6 then send.

Select product you want to deposit to. Either
 Savings
 Loans
 Investment

 Enter amount
 Confirm amount and the Account to withdraw

 Confirm amount and the Account to withdraw from by selecting 98.

 For balance enquiry choose option 3.
 For Mini Statement select option 4

Select product you are enquiring balance or mini statement for
 Savings
 Loans
 Investment

 Confirm by selection  by selecting 98 or declines by selecting 97.

 Select option 7 for airtime purchase.


 Select either to buy for your number or other number


 Enter airtime amount and confirm the number then send.

To stop alternate channel select option 8 labeled as
Stop ATM

Select channel that you need to be stopped either
 Pesapepe-mobile banking
 Broker – Agency banking

 Confirm channel to stop by selecting 98 or decline by selecting 97.

For checking Guaratorship status select option 9 from the main menu.

Select option
1. Loans Guaranteed – to check all the loan guaranteed by your account
2. My guarantors- to check all people that have guaranteed my loans

 Confirm channel to stop by selecting 98 or decline by selecting 97.
